Stainless Steel Drainage Systems

Vuba Flooring installs a range of stainless steel drainage channels, floor gullies and specialist shower trays. We also have a complimentary range of stainless steel kerbs and perimeter protection.

Stainless Steel Drainage Channels
The channel profile is suitable for tile, resin and concrete floors. For applications where heavy loads such as pallet trucks are anticipated or thermal shock may cause expansion. The floor finish is separated from the channel, thus reducing the possibility of perimeter cracking under constant heavy traffic or thermal shock.

The excellent smooth surface finish of stainless steel provides a self-cleansing velocity of liquids at very shallow gradients, this being 0.75 m/s). Velocities below this figure require manual flushing. Typical gradients are 1% (1:100) for liquid waste, 2% (1:50) for water-borne solids.

Stainless Steel Floor Gullies
Our range of gullies are designed to be used as individual drainage points or in conjunction with drainage channel systems. The design dispenses with the need for additional rodding points and provides the specifier with a rugged, durable, hygienic product which can meet almost any performance and design requirement.

The gullies provide easy access for cleaning and inspection and therefore suitable for use in many applications including kitchens, bakeries, abattoirs, dairies and food processing plants.

Gullies are height adjustable for ease of installation and incorporate removable gratings, odour traps, rodding ports and waste baskets, allowing full bore access.
